In compliance with Legislative Decree No 196, June 30, 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data", hereinafter for short "Act") To inform you:

1) that the personal and demographic information you provide to OLIBIT Srl upon registration, during business relations for the conclusion of contractual arrangements, performance of contractual services, promotional or otherwise acquired as part of our business in accordance with the laws and contractual provisions, shall be treated in compliance with the aforementioned law and the obligations of confidentiality as provided therein;

2) that processing of personal data pursuant to art. 4 comma 1, lett. a) Act means any operation or set of tasks carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated, involving the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection , extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and distribution of data. The treatment is done by automated means or otherwise, with controlled access (as per the document on security measures) in accordance to the law;

3) that the data are treated for institutional purposes, connected or instrumental to OLIBIT Srl such as filing, processing, billing, customer management, and:

a. to comply with legal obligations related to civil, tax, accounting, for purposes of administration of the relationship you have established with the OLIBIT Srl;

b. to fulfill contractual obligations, technical support and technical information, after sales and verification of approval of the products of your interest;

c. to meet market research and statistics, marketing and referrals for products covered by the activity of OLIBIT Srl;

d. for the provision of business information on future business initiatives, announce new products, services and offers, both by OLIBIT Srl that its affiliates and / or subsidiaries, business partners and outsourcers, by sending e-mails. Sending e-mails will not result in any case the transfer of personal data to third parties.

4) the provision of your personal data is necessary in order to regularly meet its contractual and legal obligations related to the business relationship you have established with the OLIBIT Srl: without them we can not act on the purchase order.

d. certification that the operations described in paragraphs b and c have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4) to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him or even to the scope of the collection;

5) to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning him, for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, not later than the time at which the data are communicated or disseminated, the possibility of freely exercising this right.
