After-sales service (only for Italy)
OLIBIT guarantees the quality of the manufacturing procedures by providing a technical assistance service post-sale art both as regards the speed of service and for the quality of intervention. All our products are covered by warranty, our products are subject to random testing before leaving our factory, the control equipment shall be performed by qualified staff and 'care by trained technicians. 
The guarantee of our products is limited to repair or replacement of parts or parts proved defective origin (manufacturing defects) with the express exclusion of labor costs, transfer of technical personnel, packaging.

WARRANTY
OLIBIT warrants its products for 24 (twenty four) months from the date of delivery against defects in construction (12 months for those who purchase with VAT). Damage due to wear and tear from use are not included. 
Damages caused by misuse, negligence or tampering by third parties will void the warranty.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of equipment, labor costs for parts and any other additional charges. The guarantee covers the free supply of spare parts. Defective parts will be replaced only after receiving them back to a safe haven for our technical expertise. OLIBIT also provides warranty service at your location. The shipment of goods is to be paid by the buyer. If the customer does not have its own technical confidence, however, can contact our Customer Service (assistenza@olibit.it), which will send our technician agreement. The costs will be borne by the buyer / applicant, labor costs, transfer of technical personnel, packaging. OLIBIT assumes no responsibility for the use that the customer intends to make the goods purchased. It remains to explicitly excludes any obligation by the provider of direct or indirect damages resulting from non-operation of the machine.
